Common questions
Is Steady a medical device?
No. GI and GL are dietary reference estimates and do not predict personal glucose or guide medication. Discuss treatment and dietary targets with your clinician.
Why are some foods missing?
Only foods with traceable GI and carbohydrate evidence are included. Each food shows the reference sample and nutrition source. Portion buttons assume a weight; weigh the edible part for your own meal.
How do I restore Pro?
Use the Apple Account used for the purchase, then open Me → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; lifetime is a one-time purchase.
Why is the glucose curve empty?
Steady reads existing blood glucose records from Apple Health; it does not measure glucose. Check that a compatible device or app has written readings and that access has been granted.
How do I join the beta?
This release is distributed by invitation through TestFlight. Open your Apple invitation in TestFlight. There is no public App Store release yet.
