Health readings stay on your device. Sync and feedback are optional.
No account or tracking
Steady has no account system, advertising or analytics SDK. Food lookup and diary calculations work locally.
Diary, favourites and goals
These remain on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, they are stored in your own iCloud Drive and shared between devices using your Apple Account. The developer cannot access that container. Turn sync off in Settings; manage cloud files through Apple’s iCloud controls.
Apple Health
With your permission, Steady reads blood glucose to show meal-related curves. These readings are processed on your device. They are not uploaded to our feedback service or included in our iCloud sync file. You can change access in Health or Settings.
Voluntary feedback
Only when you submit feedback, the text and screenshots you choose are sent to feedback.hintskill.com, hosted on Cloudflare. App version, build number, device model, OS version and language are included for diagnosis. The app does not attach your diary, glucose readings or a device identifier. Please avoid including personal or health information in the text or images. Feedback is not used for tracking or advertising. Request deletion at glyco@hintlib.com and include the submission time or title.
Purchases
Apple processes payments and subscriptions. Steady uses StoreKit to verify access to Pro. We do not receive your card details. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account; Restore Purchases checks purchases made with that account.
This website
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes network requests to deliver and protect it. Theme and language choices may be saved in your browser. We do not install analytics or advertising trackers.
